Review on intelliPath ePA by Deon Sweeney

Intellipath does so much more than what I expected, they are very helpful in training new users of their product as well! They have excellent customer service even during off business hours or on weekends! What would be my 3rd favorite thing about this software? The ability for patients & caregivers to communicate with each other via text messaging when it's not convenient for them to talk on the phone! It works like any other texting program except that you can type longer messages without having to go back through your history! We've seen a huge difference from our patient population since using Intelligpathe PA. Our goal was to improve communication between members of healthcare teams who interact directly w/our elderly adult community clients by providing easy access to information regarding appointments.
