You get 8 ports, it's not that expensive and includes everything. The inclusion of VGA cables with USB attached is a nice touch, I could see them offering this to a customer for money. Works, no problems so far. It also includes ears for rack mounting, which is very important. The little remote KVM switching switch it comes with? Cheap design and it shows. But it works and they could get away with not including it. Nice to have, no complaints as I consider it "extra". There are other "cheap" aspects - one of the knobs fell off in transit (on the KVM switch) but I just attached it with no problems. I really don't think it matters as long as it's running. Good for the home lab, I'm guessing that's what people buy it for.
