Manufacturing defects on union nuts
I find Revain and the US in general to be a good dumping ground for out of tolerance machine parts. They are not drilled in the middle. The coupling is not one, but in the middle, and the thread is slightly larger than M6. Machine thread cutting with an off-centre hole produces very eccentric threads. Poorly done and sent to Revain to a metal recycling plant instead.
