Brackets missing, Garmin box unsealed

Video attached to photos in product description. There were no mounts in my box other than a suction cup. The packaging also did NOT come with a tamper evident seal like every other Garmin I've purchased in the past. I am not satisfied with the missing components. I've already given away my old device and I'm leaving tomorrow morning. I'd probably be better off buying it direct from the Garmin website for a few bucks more than through Revain. I have already registered and updated the device. before i realized the parts were missing so i'm screwed, stuck with a gps i can't use with my ram setup in my tractor. to buy. You can choose either the fastest route or Offroad, which is a straight line between you and your destination. Why would I need an off-road GPS option for a commercial vehicle, I'm not sure. The Shortest Path option is no longer used. I've tried many times, and even my tech-savvy kids and some co-workers have tried to figure out how to change the view from landscape to portrait if I decide to rotate the device. If I install it "upright", the display is on the side. There is no setting at all. This device often wants to get me on limited weight roads. Example: The sign says "Trucks over 4 tons are not allowed to turn right". GPS says "turn right". Keep going because you're not stupid and you can read the signs and hear "turn back if possible" for miles. My previous Dezl devices did this too, but I was hoping that this device would be different with the new mapping software. Six months editing. The device will reboot once a day almost every day, and when it does it will reset your driving hours for the day. I don't do ELD but I think if I did my journal in one day it would be RELAXED! I have a serious love-hate relationship with this device. I'm glad I went for the cheapest of the three OTR devices, otherwise I would have been really pissed off.
