I got it as an experiment, I wanted to make homemade ice cream myself. I made the usual classic white and with the addition of cocoa. Mixed with cranberry jam, condensed milk, vanilla sugar. Cream took 20%, I think it will be better with 30%. It seems that it turned out delicious, loved ones liked it))) It is best to eat ice cream while it is fresh and not very frozen.
