Not difficult, but time-consuming. Use a bottle jack with wooden blocks to lift the engine straight up. My jack tried to move the engine out of alignment. There are several videos on YouTube to help you plan your work. FYI: After loosening the bolt, I had to carefully cut off my old driver's side (transmission mount) mounting bolt with a grinder. I believe the rest of the car is built around this screw leaving little room to remove it. This new kit comes with the correct studs and nuts that Toyota should have used during production, making replacement very easy.
