Lots of knots on shampoo and conditioner sets

I have used the shampoo and conditioner twice since purchasing it. The conditioner doesn't seem to do anything to get rid of knots and in fact my hair gets even more knotty when I massage in the conditioner and rinse out. Also, shampoo or conditioner does not rinse well and leaves marks on the scalp. I would not recommend these products. When I use regular Pantene (not sulfate free) I don't have these issues. Very disappointing
