Well I've never used a one handed weapon so had to learn a bit; The handles are less efficient than the lever I've always used. It seems like it takes about 20 "compressions" to equal two "pumps", but it works. I'm older and I have time, so none of that bothers me. The lock and lube work great leaving the other hand free to squeeze out the lube. From here you keep the fat warm, warmer, hotter. It's well done, and since I only need one, we're going in the blue. They make one with a lever pump and I probably would have bought it had I known they made it. This one works and should almost always work on my only machine. So if that's your situation, despite what I just said, this would be a smart buy. (smiles)
