I first bought one of those travel belts that are worn around the waist to hold valuables and bought it to only be used on or near the water during a recent trip. Unfortunately, the belt was useless and didn't hold anything in it, so this bag became my main source for carrying things with me. Looking back it was the best decision I made for the trip. I'm so glad it happened! Things are always clean and safe in this bag! I wore it around my waist when I rode horses, used an ATV and even zipped it up. It was great and safe. Sand doesn't even come in a bag on the beach, and we all know that sand finds its way into everything. Did I mention security? The material is perfectly processed and reinforced. Sometimes I might have stuffed it too tight and the bag didn't break. (It's not easy to pierce, but don't make it an ordeal.) I have a black and clear bag. Now I wish it was a different color and opaque so I don't show off the contents of the bag while I'm in a foreign country. Just something to consider. If you have doubts about this bag but are looking for a small, reliable, waterproof bag, go for it!
