A lot of previous reviews have talked about the inconvenience of turning the device on every time you start the car. The company listened to the feedback and changed the default setting to On in January. instead of "off". (There is a comment in the FAQ section from the company) Now if you start the car it will turn on by itself. There's another switch on the back if you want to turn it off. It works great with 4 fast charge 3.0 ports. I actually have 6 things that I connect regularly including 2 phones that can use QC 3.0.
