I like that they are able to customize their website for clients by creating content such as newsletters or blogs specific to each client's needs. There is not much customization of templates at this time which can be frustrating when trying to find something you need quickly. They have been responsive during my transition from agency owner/manager into freelancer status so far! It has helped me create more opportunities while also making sure all communication stays consistent between myself and my former co-workers who continue working here now after we parted ways.
