It's been 6 years and it's still going great!

I purchased the Planet Bike Blinky Superflash Turbo 1W rear light with the Planet Bike Blaze 2W bike light in December 2012 after reading numerous reviews on various forums. and websites. I've come to the conclusion that this is the best combination for a road bike. The lights were used in rural Texas on early morning bike rides with a bike group on poorly lit back roads. The other members of the bike group (including those who worked in the bike shop) all said the light was really good and asked everyone about it. They particularly liked the ease of customization. Since then it has been used on trips across the country. I've seen the light on the road and it's noticeably more visible than other biker taillights. In the car it was clearly visible from afar and personally I can't imagine riding my road bike on the open road without it. Headlights go out even on very long trips at high speeds. The battery life seems excellent and lasts for several months. In combination with rechargeable batteries you really can't go wrong. I bought this flashlight in December 2012 and it is now February 2018. The light is still on. There are newer bike lights on the market today, but this LED light is still functionally excellent, in no way outdated with brighter or safer new taillights. If I needed it, I would buy another one today. I hope this helps you with your purchase decision. If you have any questions about my review, please email me. I'll try to answer as soon as possible!
