Great Baker's Plate
I bought this pan because I needed another 7" 11" pan and it looks lovely and cooks great. Also very easy to remove. I hand washed it because until now I didn't know it could be washed in the dishwasher. I don't have to wash my hands anymore! I also really like the high sides.
