Pros: Gets the job done. Small, durable metal housing. Four sets of cables are already included. The monitor syncs fairly quickly (making it easy to access the BIOS if needed). The support team responded to all my questions very quickly. Cons: Proprietary cables, as far as I know, don't make them longer or shorter. It would be very useful if (like some other models) there was a separate indicator for each port to show that the computer was on. new logitech kit. It doesn't even seem to be recognized by the supporting software when plugged into the keyboard or mouse port on the back. When the USB receiver is connected to the front port, about 90% of the keyboard functions work correctly. According to the support engineer, the switch is designed to support only the basic keyboard and mouse. On the other hand, the customer support is very good (responsive and attentive), although it doesn't help with what I would call a design flaw. Updated 12/18/2020. Unfortunately, I encountered another compatibility issue - it categorically refuses to work with the new 32-inch Samsung 4K monitor. Although the description says it works in 4K, apparently not with every monitor. We only get 1920x1080 no matter what graphics card it's connected to. Playing with the button on the front of the switch ends up in 4K resolution but with horrible artefacts making it completely unusable. On the other hand, great customer support. Very responsive and helpful
