I couldn't be more upset! A charging indicator, similar to the one found on the A8, might be included for such a sum. I purchased the A50 as a replacement for the A8 due to the A8's rapid battery depletion; but, after using both cameras, I believe that I preferred the A8 due to its superior portability and ease of use. Instead of selling the A8, I'm going to try to unload the A50! Has pros: 1. Live focus on the camera located on the back. 2. A high-quality battery. 3. A large amount of memory. These are some downsides: 1. There is no indication that there will be a charge. 2. There is no indication of any missed calls or text messages. 3. One's cheeks are used to press buttons while one is having a conversation. Samsung provided an explanation for this using an innovative new system. 4. The sound is muffled because you placed the speaker in such a position that it emits sound from below. 5. The sound buttons that are located to the right of the power button are a nuisance to use. 6. It's a lot bigger now, and using it with one hand is awkward.
