Review on 🍳 11-inch Black All-Clad Essentials Nonstick Hard Anodized Grill & Griddle Set by Anthony Daniels

In the photo above I'm heating 4 pita halves. With a regular round nonstick pan I would have trouble getting all 4 halves into the pan, plus they would partially rest on the curved side of the pan, heating it unevenly and making it difficult to flip and remove. I find there are many cooking situations where a square grill with a low rim is much more practical than trying to use a regular round pan. Another thing I love is that All-Clad says the grill and pan are dishwasher safe, but with the caveat that they last longer if I hand wash them. Except for cast iron, I wash almost everything in the dishwasher. Thanks to All-Clad for clarifying the blame associated with this practice.
