This product conforms to the stated specifications. Bought for a work experiment that was quite successful. These NFC tags MUST BE PROGRAMMED before they can do anything and unfortunately I don't know how to program from an iPhone. If you have the latest NFC-enabled Android device (e.g. Pixel 2), you can easily program with Android. My iPhone XS Max can read tags after programming. I recommend the NXP TagInfo app for iOS, and a similar app for Android can both code and read. If you need to read lock screen from iPhone, you need to use XS, XS Max or XR (I'm not sure about the latter). Otherwise you'll need to read in-app with an active in-app NFC session, which I think is limited to the iPhone 7 and later. Reading from lock screen works instantly on Android. In order for lock screen reading to work on iPhone, you must program your tag with TNF "Well Known NFCβ and type "Uβ. To give this program a tag with an https:// URL and make sure it's not https://www. (otherwise type SP)
