Review on Libbey Province 16 Piece Tumbler Rocks by James Gregg

I love these glasses and the customer service from this company is second to none. I bought these mugs because I wanted something simpler and "mature" to replace the plastic mugs I've been carrying since college. They arrived quickly, well packaged and looked as simple as they were stylish, just how I wanted them. I immediately rinsed them and put them in the dryer but was disappointed when one of them immediately broke off a large chip just from rinsing and drying. I emailed the seller to see if a broken glass could be replaced. I was told the new glass would be sent out promptly with no extra charge and to be honest it was the easiest customer support I've ever had. As if that wasn't enough, and to my surprise, I had another pair of glasses on my doorstep just a few days later! Thank you Libby, I now have all the glasses I have ever wanted and your customer service has pretty much made my day. Definitely worth five stars all round.
