The pump assembly was packaged very well and is now working properly. However, the blue wire had cracks in its sheath throughout. It was worst at the bend of the wire. The entire interior has been uncovered. Luckily I was able to salvage the wire from the old pump so I could replace it. I'm just not thrilled that I had to buy MacGyver a brand new pump.
