For Pride bracelets we need purple floss in an illegible shade. The reason is that purple doesn't get cheaper when bought in bulk and is rarely seen in mixed sets. It was the cheapest purchase without waiting months for delivery. The quality of the thread appears to be on par with JJ Coates and Coats and Clark, which Walmart sells. It is difficult. Doesn't click or buzz. The shade of lavender I received was exactly as pictured in the description. It's not super bright, but it's not in the picture either. I'm happy with that. The real winners were the bonus items. Floss cards are made of nice, thick plastic. I never thought I'd need them, but they save lives. Needles and a needle threader were very useful for threading 6/0 beads onto bracelets. Everything was of good quality for an everyday hobby. I am unexpectedly impressed with this purchase. If I ever remember I'll update it with the dmc thread that comes closest
