Overall a good printer.

Overall a good printer. I needed it to be able to recognize legal and letter size. Followed the instructions and it didn't work. The downside was the technical support. I spent 6 hours waiting for help 3 times. They couldn't understand why it wouldn't work. They blamed Adobe. Very poor online support and chat support. The price was high.

Pros

Easy integration with most software solutions - the included TWAIN driver allows easy connection with most document management programs.

Cons

There are other interesting options.
