Doesn't rotate as shown in the video, but it works!
I gave 4 stars because this tool does not rotate as shown in the video. It still works fine. I used to do coinage and had a hard time with it, it definitely made the process easier. Be careful not to apply too much caulk as you'll have to keep wiping this tool (I learned the hard way) it picks up a lot of caulk as you smooth it out.
