Can't give 5 stars as the shank won't snap into my Milwaukee or Makita hex drivers. Essentially, the hex shaft is not long enough to allow for activation of the ball bearing retainer and this occurs at the point where the hex shaft expands into a cone. My hex collets hit the taper before the hex shaft is fully seated. This allows the debut bit to fall out of the hex driver if left hanging. Essentially, the hex shaft needs to be 1/8 inch longer before the taper begins.
