Review on 🔪 MIU France 8-Inch Offset Bread Knife - Forged Stainless Steel by Peter Cruz

I like my new bread knife. I gave the old one - it was a good knife - to my stepdaughter who needed it. Bought this as a replacement. Very very happy with it. Very well made, has a nice solid feel and I love the offset. This makes slicing bread much easier. Also ideal for cutting tomatoes. I haven't tried it on other cutting tables, but I have complete confidence in its ability to slice anything (food) with easily controllable precision. Plan to try this on Turkey next Thanksgiving. I've been using an electric food slicer for over 40 years so this will be an interesting review. I look forward to not having to clean two blades and struggling with the power cord. Finally - the price was very reasonable, and best of all, it fits perfectly in the old slot in my knife block.
