Ideal for providing a bedroom in a shared apartment full of students.

Although the product is larger than expected, it works as expected and is just as easy to fit as any standard door knob. With 7 girls sharing a house for college and more and more people coming over, my daughter asked for an opportunity to lock her room. This pen was a good solution and was easy to install and set up. Don't forget to reset your passcode to default. All I needed was a Phillips screwdriver. The instructions are good for adding codes and turning off the beep that can bother people late at night. When the batteries run out, the USB port can provide temporary power to unlock the door. It also comes with two physical keys for backup.
