Well, it works with BR
If I just wanted this replacement remote to control my Blu-ray player then it's fine. However, you are expected to view your discs on a video display device. I was able to program my original Sony Blu-Ray remote to control my TV. You know, the thing is, I'm looking at the BR player output. Ah, careless children, that's why I needed a replacement. I've had good luck with replacement fakes. But not at this point. This fake remote could not be programmed to control my TV. So 1/2 is useful. And the button feel on this one doesn't feel like a Sony original, so deducting 1/2 stars. Result = 2.
