Not "stone cookware " and NOT what I expected from Michelangelo
These pans are not what I expected. This is not "stoneware". They are similar to aluminum with a non-stick coating in a frying pan. The handles feel nice and firm, but the quality of the rest of the pans is below average. I've only recently received the pans and I've only used one of them once so I can't comment on longevity or longevity. I have to come back for a review after a few uses, but I will say that I was afraid to wash the pan after using it the first time, for fear of scratching or scratching the coating.
