Review on Cardone 78 4784 Remanufactured Ford Computer by Star Bell

My main issue is that I did the rebuild. The truck came with a 302 and I put a 351 in it. The 302's computer wasn't happy and the engine ran horribly. I had already spent about $1,000 rebuilding the engine and didn't need the extra expense, but I had no choice. My local NAPA had it cheaper, but I had to turn in the exact core. In the absence of this, the price approached $200. This didn't require a core, making it cheaper overall. The only complaint is that it's hard to find what you need. Apparently there is a computer for every configuration and every day of the week. I had to go through all the entries and search the app to find the right one. After receiving it (quickly, I might add), I plugged it in and it lit up immediately. It took some time to learn and get used to. The codes said "OK" and the smog cleared. Very satisfied.
