Good shocks but not for Z71 Tahoe
I bought them to replace a 2002 Chevy Tahoe Z71 with about 100,000 miles on it. The Z71 rides firmer than other Tahoe models. I bought them after reading the reviews. In general, this is not the best choice for the Tahoe Z71. The ride is much smoother and there was vibration from the rear suspension when towing. I replaced them with red OEM shock absorbers and they are much better for me (again I like hard riding). They might be fine for other Tahoe models that ride soft, but they're too soft for the Z71.
