These cables appear to be good quality, BUT DON'T BE FOOLED! I've been using this cable for about three months and my phone broke off part of the metal frame around the lightning connector. See image. I didn't even realize it until I plugged in the headphones and they wouldn't connect. I'm very careful when plugging and unplugging cords, and this is the 'extra' cord in my kitchen that only gets used a few times a week. Removing the broken part inside the phone was quite a feat, but luckily I was able to get it out without damaging the Lightning connector on the iPhone. After reading the reviews I see that this is an issue with these cables and I'm not the first to experience this. Don't risk it with these cables, it's not worth it!
