I'm reluctant to give 3 stars. because it is an "unfinished" box. The hinges were mounted unevenly. There were extra holes due to the wrong position of the loops. The latch installed unevenly and barely engaged with the bottom half. Potholes, like after opening the transport bag. I understand this is a budget box that needs finishing, so I bought it. I was hoping for harder wood and stronger hinges. I also hoped the hinges and latches would be installed evenly, with no extra holes. I wasn't ready to take the box apart, fix the holes, and put the hinges/clasps back on before I finished the box. I bought several unfinished, finished, inexpensive and high-quality boxes. They were certainly of the lowest quality.
