This is the 3rd bed alarm I've tried for my mom, she moved in with us 5 months ago and frequently fell getting out of bed alone. With the other 2 less expensive brands she was out of bed and crossing the room before the alarm went off to get me downstairs and into her room. This one goes off as soon as she moves off the center of the pad. That could be an issue with a restless sleeper. I use the inexpensive LONGPLUS camera (also purchased on ebay) when she sits up I can see her and talk to her as I dress to get downstairs so she stays put waiting for help.
