Update: I had the same problem as the guy who left the negative review. My screen also started reloading. But I found a solution. The USB-C cables look the same, they don't have any markings at all. The only difference is the length, and that's only if you unfold them and hang them side by side. The shorter cable plugs into the second USB-C port dedicated to the display. The longer USB-C cable goes into the 1st C port, this is for power. This fixed the issue, no more resetting or pinching. You can move devices and nothing will be reset. I'm so glad to know. I thought why would a company give such a good guarantee if they don't believe in their product. I will update again in 3 months if anything else comes up. So far everything is working fine. I bought this portable monitor to use with my phone mainly because I usually have meetings at different times throughout the day. I like watching movies and relaxing in the car between meetings. This monitor might be the greatest portable monitor I've ever owned, it's huge compared to my iPad 10.1. The bigger it is, the more concerned I was about the quality of the screen, but that quickly went away after turning it on and watching OITNB. As you can see from my photo, the screen quality was excellent even when it was directly pre-calibrated. After calibration it got even better. There are menu buttons on the side with different options to find the perfect resolution that suits you. While I don't like the way the buttons work, they take a little getting used to, but they work. However, the settings are not saved, every time you turn it on you have to configure them again, which is a small inconvenience. Build quality is excellent, looks solid and reliable. Its slim and light weight makes it very easy to transport despite its size. It comes with all the cables you need for different devices like phone, PS4, laptop, switch or desktop. There is also a charger so you can get some nutritional help. I've noticed that it charges my phone while I'm watching a movie, which is great. I was worried it would drain my phone, but luckily there's a Type-C to Type-C USB connector with a power brick. If this option is activated, the display will not be shown until you add a display source, i.e. your phone or laptop. While this is a bit finicky, I've noticed that you keep your USB cables in good condition and don't have to move them around too much. As soon as I put the phone down and didn't bend the wires too much, I could watch movies all night. I plan on contacting support to see if it should be that finicky or not because I am concerned about travel as I want to use this for travel where there is often a need to move. I hope this doesn't affect my ability to take it with me when I travel. It comes with a nice slim body that allows it to stand in landscape mode and protect your monitor. There are also 2 protective films. If the support team takes care of minor issues and reassures me that it is safe to travel with this monitor, I will update my rating again and return the star. I can't believe how beautiful the screen is and how bright it is!
