My air intake hose snapped trying to change the air filter on my 2006 Mazda 6s Wagon. Come back to the rescue with premium free same-day shipping and voila, the car is fixed. The part appears to be all rubber (according to the website) but actually feels like silicone, everything is flexible which I like compared to the original Mazda part (all hard plastic). Removing the hose is very easy. after removing the two clips with a Phillips screwdriver. It's easier if you remove the top of the box where the filter is located. Be careful when removing the sensor from the air intake, it may be fragile. I used silicone grease to lubricate both ends of the hose to seat it and seal the connection. The hose is really flexible and seems strong enough that it will probably survive a car. The hose has only been in place for a few hours, so far no error codes have come up so I'm sure everything will be fine. I'll update in a few weeks or so if anything comes up. Enjoy!
