I use these on my 2003 Yamaha R6 in place of the factory recommended CR10EK (copper) spark plugs. With copper plugs, I found that I couldn't fully accelerate to redline under load because the spark died at high rpm (almost feels like a soft rev limiter). Replaced with iridium and the problem was solved immediately. In addition, iridium plugs last much longer, although they tend to wear out ignition coils faster due to the higher resistance. Overall, I would recommend switching from copper to iridium for any bike that gets daily use.
