Contrary to some reviews - It is actually 14 gauge. They are the same size and length as all my other 14 gauge 1 and 1/14" rods. Colors are not as vibrant as expected but I'm satisfied nonetheless. I've removed paint chips from most of the rods so I'm hoping That doesn't happen with these. The length of the shortest bar worked for me. Longer ones would give me more room if I wanted, but as my piercing is several years old I don't need it. Haven't tried plastic bars or balls , but they are good!Overall the quality and my satisfaction is amazing for the price!Would recommend.
