These casters work for the purpose I intended to move the 600 pounds. organ on the theater stage. What was frustrating was the instructions that didn't help. The kit had a simple diagram, but it didn't include an important detail - the distance between the bottom of the reel mount and the GROUND. The corresponding line tells you to set the reels 2 inches above the "knob" (sic). What is not stated is that the 2 inch spacing is stated with the roller at the top, not the roller at the bottom. How can I install an elevated caster that can hold over 150 pounds? Installing the bottom caster plate 2 inches above the bottom of the cabinet, which should be flush with the floor, will not raise anything. I followed the directions and had to drill new holes and countersink them 3/4 inch! It just froze me. You must install these casters so that the bottom of the caster plate is only 1 and 1/4 inch off the floor, not 2 inches. Full Instructions FAILED! Another issue I noticed was that there is no locking mechanism on the pressure plate. Everything rolls fine, but if you meet ANY resistance, like an uneven floor, an elevator gap, or anything else that causes a vertical jump, the pressure plates will disengage, bounce up, and put your cabinet back on the floor. Now I have to drill another hole in the side brackets and push the plates to get the cotter pin in there to prevent this. I look forward to the next version of these videos which may have a locking mechanism. It's not like this. Beware!
