I bought a 55 inch Samsung LED TV for about $350. The picture and sound quality is good, but the TV let me down. He's having trouble connecting to the internet. First of all, the remote control that comes with the TV is very sluggish and unless you point the remote at a certain angle, the TV will not receive a signal to change the channel, turn up the volume, etc. I bought this universal remote im hoping but not optimistic, it will solve this annoying problem. It happened! For 9 dollars! The new remote control reacts very quickly, there are no more delays. It's not fussy when you point it at the TV to change channels. It has an intuitive interface that is easier to use than an OEM remote. It's also nice that there's a single button for Netflix, Prime, etc. The channel and volume buttons are backlit, making them easy to find in low light. I am very happy with this remote and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an OEM replacement or upgrade.
