Review on 🍦 Chef'n SweetSpot Mini Ice Cream Sandwich Maker - Fudge/Coconut Flavors - Standard Size, Small Delights by Pete Hahn

I just love this. Haven't used it yet but it's so elegant, so well made, the box and book it comes in is amazing. It's called Sweet Spot LOL. I can't wait to use it. The shortbread recipe in the book actually sounds like I might try it, but not first, I have to try the brownie mix first. The book says it will take about 1 pint to fill all 10 mini sand molds. So I'm waiting to get more ice cream flavors. I will fill 2 of each flavor. Strawberry, mint chocolate, chocolate truffle and vanilla caramel. So excited! The silicone is very smooth and withstands the compression test!
