Remove the passenger wheel along with all the plastic protection around the wheel. This will allow you to clearly see where this tensioner is located. You use a socket wrench on the tensioner outlet valve until the tool touches the metal rod, remove the old belt. Unscrew 2 screws and remove the (upper) part. Screw in the new tensioner, fit the (new) belt exactly as you removed the (old) belt, I found a picture of the belt routing in the owner's manual. Align the strap to the correct pattern, I had someone standing in front of the car, he grabbed the strap with his hand. When I put tension on the new part, he just pushed the belt onto the top pulley (my tool hit the metal bar again).
