I bought this teapot 5 years ago and I continue to use it several times every working day. It's easy to fill, empty, use and clean (not that I clean everything, to be honest). It gets a wonderful patina from the tea you put on it and the easiest way to use it is to remember to pour out the used tea before you leave so it doesn't dry out in a big lump in the brewer and just wipe it off if it dries up. leave dried leaves in the morning and repeat again. After 5 years there is no rust on it so I have to trust that the stainless steel used in this product is of excellent quality. The holes in the screen are the perfect size. This works fantastic with large leaves or even shaking at the bottom of a tea glass. No plastic comes into contact with your tea! I doubt I'll ever need to replace it unless it gets stolen or I want a second one for the house in addition to the office.
