I was looking for a phone holder without a suction cup or glue as these products don't work here due to the extreme heat in summer. The product was well packaged and includes a small tool to make adjustments if necessary. ADVANTAGES: The head twists and turns. Clamping strength is excellent. Holds Cell Phone Safely. CONS: The unlock tabs are not wide enough. I have a hard time reaching for my phone to free it. Needs to be opened a little wider to accommodate modern cell phones with cases. It's 2021, now all phones are big! My Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra barely fits in the thin case, but when I try to remove it, the case pops out every time. Very annoying! If you don't mind removing the case every time, no problem. This is a great phone holder with a few imperfections that need to be addressed to get 5 stars.
