Review on JOYSTAR Balance Years Rubber Adjustable by Ellington Gardner

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Serious concerns about quality and safety.

The bike had several defects. The first shortcoming that did not become decisive is the lack of assembly instructions. The instructions that came with the bike are for a different model of unbalanced bike with different parts. There are no assembly instructions for this particular model either on the manufacturer's website or on the YT channel. The reason this is not a determining factor is because the details are scarce and the images on the internet are good enough to show you what is connected to what. The downside that broke the deal was the quality of the parts. The white plastic piece that fits between the body and the handlebars is not attached anywhere and just floats up and down the handlebars. But the wheels annoyed us the most. Both were twisted. Not a rubber tire, but a real metal wheel. You could see it by rotating them. This excessive deformation resulted in the brakes not being able to work, a major safety hazard. We ended up returning ours due to quality and safety concerns and will be looking at another brand.
