I bought these for conferencing in Teams and Zoom. Construction and durability are acceptable, although the headband is made entirely of plastic. (I'd rather see metal here.) The built-in controls are good. The ear pads are comfortable, soft and soft. They could be a bit bigger to better fit my ears. The big disadvantage is the booming sound with strong bass. Not only does this sound unnatural, it also gives me a headache after a while. This is not the crystal clear sound that is stated in the description. I plan to return mine.
