I didn't want to drill through the plastic so I just attached one of the hooks to the seat latch and the rest to the obvious hooks. The upper elastic is almost fully stretched. I don't mind - it makes me think that not everything will fall out. I left a photo with a net attached to it, as well as a photo with sandals on the net.
