Blades dull after cutting two holes. The backup blades lasted just as long. If you're just cutting soft drywall this will likely work, but if you're cutting something else or concerned about your wrist safety, look elsewhere. Unless you press on it with your free hand, the dust cup will not rest against the cutting surface until you cut through it. it is not helpful. And if (not if, but if) the blades get stuck and the drill immediately spins in your hand, just be prepared. This thing (especially attached to a drill) would fly deadly through the air.
