Doesn't protect against my child's teeth.
For an adult or responsible child they would be a great new toy. I stupidly bought this as a gift for my 1.5 year old son. He loved playing with them. and he loved to eat them. I caught him right after he bit off the top of a 3-sided die, and then I saw him do the same with an 8-sided die. The foam is fairly firm, but not firm enough to prevent it from being on the shelf for a year or two. Still a good solid product, with bright colors and easy to read numbers.
