I don't know why I've never heard of this product! It completely CHANGS THE GAME. I used it for grouting in the shower and I liked the result so much that I decided to tile the bathroom floor as well. We have since used the shower and the product has not worked - EXCEPT once and it was entirely my fault. I washed my shower before using the product as instructed, but didn't put enough effort into cleaning the grout. In some places there were still residual growths, which led to flaking. It was easy to fix. I just went back and brushed again, let it dry and reapplied the product. My only problem is that the tip of the pen wears out after a very short time from all the pressure applied. I rubbed through two pens faster than I thought I should, so I ripped off the tip with pliers and poured the paint from the pens into a mug. I used a small brush and the product went 4 times further than before. I recommend this method from my experience (though maybe my joints are thinner than most, idk). If the pen works well for you then use it, but I would definitely open the cap before throwing away what you think is an empty pen as there might still be a useful product inside! In general I am very satisfied!
