Review on The Dental System by Javarie Malick

This software is easy to use once you get used it. It's great for managing patient records as well as billing purposes. I wish there was an option to add more fields or make them larger so they could hold all of my information without having to scroll down in order to find what i'm looking for. There are some things about this program which we do not like such as how long its taking patients to be seen by our dentist because he wants everything written out before getting started with their appointment. We have been able to solve many problems since using this software including keeping track of payments made towards insurance claims. Also being able to send reminders via email has helped us greatly when trying to schedule appointments at times convenient for everyone involved. All these benefits would probably take me hours if writing everything one-by-one. So instead just write it into 1 document! Not much else but overall very satisfied with this product.
