Good panel for my purpose Controller was DOA I had another older one to check it wasn't a panel and it works great. I use it to power a DC powered electric fence to keep the battery charged all the time. Now I haven't checked what amps it's coming from but I can tell you the battery has gone up after 8 hours in the sun based on the old controller I'm using just jumped to 3 with 2 of our 4 Lights indicate full charge. In my application I simply used a cheap tool box to place the controller and swordsman and dough into the drilled holes for the wires and attached the velcro panel to the top of the plastic tool box. I'm not new to solar energy. I have a 700 watt setup for my standalone booth. The device outputs 19 V from the panel. I hope the company replaces the controller and I don't send the whole device back. So today 6/12 they sent me a new controller wow how fast. Great seller's product works well.
